This is an appeal by Officer Noel Sanders (Officer Sanders) from a decision of the Civil Service Commission for the City of New Orleans (Commission), which denied Officer Sanders' appeal of dismissal imposed by the New Orleans Police Department. We affirm for reasons that follow.
