MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

DOMINIC J. SQUATRITO, District Judge.

This is an action for damages arising in connection with the termination of the plaintiff, Kathleen A. Nanos ("Nanos"), from her position with the defendant, the City of Stamford ("the City"). Nanos alleges that the City terminated her employment in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq. ("the ADA").
