¶ 1 The Oklahoma Bar Association (OBA) initiated this proceeding under Rule 6 of the Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings (RGDP), 5 O.S.2001 & 2008 Supp., ch. 1, app. 1-A, against Tom J. Wilcox (Respondent) by filing a two-count complaint on June 2, 2005, which it later amended on September 30, 2008.
