In their first amended complaint, the plaintiffs allege that over time Brian Milward "was exposed to products manufactured and/or sold by Defendants which included benzene as an ingredient or contaminant" and that "[a]s a direct and proximate result of [his] exposure to benzene... and other benzene-containing products..., he developed Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia. . . ."
