The defendant/appellant, Planet Beach Tanning Salons, Inc. ("Planet Beach"), appeals from a judgment granting an exception of prescription filed by third-party defendant/appellee, Sybaritic, Inc. ("Sybaritic"). After reviewing the record and applicable law, we reverse the judgment and remand the matter to the trial court for further proceedings.
