I. INTRODUCTION

This cases arises under the historic admiralty jurisdiction of this Court. The plaintiff, Jocelyn Baetge-Hall ("Baetge-Hall"), brought an action against the defendants General Dynamics Corporation ("General Dynamics") and American Overseas Marine Corporation ("AMSEA") alleging retaliatory discharge under maritime law and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
