I have previously granted the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment on liability under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for a strip search she underwent at the Knox County Jail in 2001. The matter is scheduled for a trial on damages this month. The defendant now has moved in limine to exclude the plaintiffs evidence of lost income or profits allegedly caused by her mental distress growing out of the strip...
