MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter comes before the Court on Petitioner's Motion Under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence [Dkt. No. 121]. Petitioner Carlos Curtis, a prisoner proceeding pro se in this matter,1 petitions this Court to set aside or correct his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C § 2255.
