Appellants, George and Joyce Mauldin, are the paternal grandparents of O.M., who is a minor. The Appellee, Rebecca Bearden, is the birth mother of O.M. Through a series of events which will be discussed more fully hereafter, the Appellants were given permanent custody of O.M. Subsequently, Appellee moved to have that order set aside pursuant to CR 60.02(d) and (f), alleging fraud in the earlier proceedings. The Court of Appeals...
