Ronald Calvert appeals his convictions on two counts of distributing a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of public housing in violation of section 195.218 RSMo.1 He contends that the State failed to present sufficient evidence to support all the elements of the crime. The judgment of conviction for violations of section 195.218 is reversed, and the case is remanded for entry of a judgment of conviction...
