The State appeals Robert Moore's sentence which was imposed by the trial court after a jury found Moore guilty of committing the crimes of attempted first-degree murder and aggravated battery causing great bodily harm. Moore filed a separate appeal challenging his convictions. The two appeals were consolidated for purposes of appellate review. We find no reversible error with regard to Moore's convictions.
