{1} Theresa Quintana (Defendant) stood trial in February 2007 for violating NMSA 1978, Section 30-3-13(A)(1) (1995) (aggravated assault against a household member) and NMSA 1978, Section 30-15-1 (1963) (criminal damage to property).
