SAUNDERS, Judge.

This case addresses the trial court's granting of a Judgment Notwithstanding the Verdict (JNOV) where it reapportioned fault between defendants, increased damages for the plaintiff, and awarded the plaintiff attorney's fees and costs.

For the following reasons, we affirm in part and reverse in part the trial court's granting of the JNOV.
