¶ 1 After a jury trial, appellant Danny Musgrove was convicted of one count of first-degree murder, one count of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, and two counts of endangerment. The trial court sentenced him to concurrent terms of life imprisonment for the murder and conspiracy to commit murder convictions and to two consecutive terms of 2.25 years' imprisonment for the endangerment convictions.
