Plaintiffs Green Fresh (Zhangzhou) Co., Ltd. ("Green Fresh"), Gerber ("Guangxi Yulin") contest the final results ("Final Results") that the International Trade Administration, United States Department of Commerce ("Commerce" or the "Department") issued in the fifth administrative review of an antidumping duty order applying to imports of certain preserved mushrooms from the People's Republic of China ("PRC" or "China").
