The Judicial Conduct Board (Board) filed a Complaint with this Court on January 5, 2009 in which it charged Judge Willis W. Berry (Respondent) with engaging in conduct which brings the judicial office into disrepute, a violation of Article V, § 18(d)(1) of the Pennsylvania Constitution.
