Defendant Cyclone Drilling, Inc. filed an Objection (Doc. # 40), in which Defendant Williams Production RMT Company joined (Doc. # 41). For the reasons described below and pursuant to the Court's November 18, 2008, 599 F.Supp.2d 1250
