Manuel A. Roach was a long-time member of the Northside Crips, a Wichita, Kansas, street gang. Years after his last documented involvement in a gang-related criminal incident and more than a year after he acknowledged living a gang "lifestyle," police obtained and executed a search warrant for his girlfriend's residence.
