(Kensington), appeals from various orders which were entered by the circuit court in its action seeking injunctive relief under the Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act (Deceptive Practices Act) (815 ILCS 510/1 et seq. (West 2006)). The undisputed facts reveal the following.
