Plaintiff Tod A. Lewis ("Lewis") filed this action against Defendants Paul M. Weiss ("Weiss"), Eric D. Freed ("Freed"), and Freed & Weiss LLC ("F & W") (collectively, "Defendants"), alleging abuse of process under Illinois law. (R. 1, Compl. ¶¶ 6-14.)
