INTRODUCTION

This action was initially brought by the Plaintiff, Kimberly Snead, in the Chancery Court for Henry County, Tennessee on March 3, 2008 against the Defendant, Nationwide Property and Casualty Insurance Company ("Nationwide"). The matter was removed to this Court on March 5, 2008 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332.1
