This appeal arises out of a district court's judgment awarding appellant/cross-respondent Eric Webb, a minor, general and special damages for injuries sustained after Webb's teacher, respondent/cross-appellant Roger Phillips, placed his hand on Webb's chest during a disturbance at school.
