After completing repairs on an aircraft, the repair company lost the maintenance log books that belong with the aircraft. The aircraft owner brought suit against the repair company for the loss. In turn, the repair company's insurance carrier brought a declaratory judgment action against its insured and the aircraft owner and argued that the relevant policy did not cover the claim.
