This matter is before the Court on the motion for summary judgment filed by defendant International Paper Company ("Defendant" or "IP"). The motion has been fully briefed, and the Court having found that oral argument would not aid in the decisional process, the matter is now ripe for decision. Fed.R.Civ.P. 78, E.D. Va.
