This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's and Defendant's Joint Motion for Approval of Settlement, Establishing Trust, Directing Disbursement of Settlement Proceeds. Specifically, this Court reviews the fees to be paid to Plaintiffs counsel. Plaintiffs and Defendant's Joint Motion is GRANTED to the extent that the amended Settlement Agreement conforms with the Court's Order herein.
