OPINION

MARCHIANO, P. J.—

The parents of the minor R.S. executed a relinquishment of parental rights with the State Department of Social Services (State Adoptions) in conformance with Family Code section 8700. Subsequently, the Juvenile Court of Del Norte County terminated their parental rights. M.T. (Mother) and R.S. (Father) appeal from that order, made pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 366.26.1
