On November 3, 2008, we issued a Memorandum Opinion and Order, dismissing the nine-count Amended Complaint that was filed by Plaintiff Goldfish Shipping, S.A. ("Goldfish") and entering judgment in favor of Defendant HSH Nordbank AG ("Nordbank"). Ten days later, Goldfish filed a Motion to Amend the Judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 59(e), and sought leave to file a Second Amended Complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P...
