Conseco Finance Corp.-Alabama (formerly known as Green Tree Financial Corp.-Alabama) appeals from a judgment of the Russell Circuit Court against it and in favor of J.T. Attaway in the amount of $6,970 in satisfaction of Attaway's alleged lien against a mobile home in which Conseco claimed a security interest for lot rent and for damages associated with the removal of the mobile home from Attaway's property.
