¶ 1 Appellant, Levon Manley, appeals from the October 26, 2007 judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. Appellant was sentenced to concurrent terms of incarceration of eighteen to thirty-six years for attempted murder,1 seven to twenty years for aggravated assault,2 three and one-half to seven years for carrying firearms without a license...
