BROWN, Judge.

B.H. ("Father") and C.H. ("Mother," and together with Father, "Parents") appeal the trial court's order determining that A.H. is a child in need of services ("CHINS") and the dispositional order following that determination. Parents raise one issue, which we restate as whether sufficient evidence supports the trial court's determination that A.H. was a CHINS.
