There is no question in this action under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) that the plaintiffs child, a little girl ("AJH") now nine years old, has a severe impairment within the meaning of the regulations: AJH has cerebral palsy. 20 C.F.R. 416.924(c). The issue is whether her impairments equal a listed impairment, thus entitling her to a finding of per se disability and an award...
