A jury found appellant Ronald Grey guilty of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 22.02 (West Supp. 2009). After finding that appellant had one previous felony conviction, the jury assessed his punishment at twenty years' imprisonment.
