Appellant challenges his conviction of first-degree arson. Appellant argues that the district court erred by failing to instruct the jury, sua sponte, regarding the relevant accomplice liability law after instructing the jury that it could find appellant guilty if he, or another for whose acts he is liable, caused the fire.
