George D. Elliott ("Movant") appeals from the denial of his Amended Motion to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct Judgment and Sentence under Rule 29.15.1 We find no error and affirm.

Movant was convicted of forcible rape, forcible sodomy, domestic assault in the second degree, and false imprisonment. On direct appeal, this Court affirmed Movant's convictions and sentences. State v. Elliott,
