In this case we must decide the proper date of accrual in a breach of contract action for the recovery of unpaid legal fees. Specifically, this Court has been asked to consider whether the parties' obligations are governed by a contract or a mutual and open account current.1 We also consider whether a claim by an attorney against a client for unpaid legal fees accrues on the date that the attorney-client relationship...
