Mahmud, M.D., brings this action against defendants Walter Kaufmann, M.D. ("Kaufmann"), Jeff Auerbach, M.D. ("Auerbach"), Jane Brooks, M.D. ("Brooks"), Gopal Shah, M.D. ("Shah") and David Brody, M.D. ("Brody" and together with Kaufmann, Auerbach, Brooks and Shah, collectively "defendants") arising out of the denial of her medical staff privileges at Bon Secours Community Hospital...
