Davis, stipulated to the relevant facts, violations, and proposed sanctions arising from a 14 count petition filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel ("ODC"). In brief, the petition alleges a series of real estate transactions, in which Davis was the purchaser, that were falsely notarized.
