This matter comes before the Court upon Defendant LG's Motion to Dismiss Certain Counts of Plaintiffs' Amended Complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). The Court has considered the arguments of the parties on the papers pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 78 and will deny Defendant's Motion to Dismiss.
