MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

SEIBEL, District Judge.

INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff commenced this action against his former employer, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. ("Entergy"), on January 19, 2007, alleging that repeated incidents of same-sex sexual harassment at the workplace, and Entergy's failure to take appropriate steps in response thereto, constitute a violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e.1
