In this medical malpractice action, plaintiff, Leonard Williams, individually and on behalf of the estate of Virginia Williams, appeals from a judgment of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of defendants, Dr. Antonio Edwards, Louisiana Medical Mutual Insurance Company (LAMMICO), and Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center (OLOL), and dismissing his claims against these defendants with prejudice.
