This matter is before us on appeal from a judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation ("OWC"), finding a contribution claim by TIG Insurance Company ("TIG") against Louisiana Workers' Compensation Corporation ("LWCC") prescribed. For the following reasons, we affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
