Defendant, Farm Bureau General Insurance Company of Michigan (Farm Bureau), appeals as of right the denial of its motion for summary disposition of plaintiff's underinsured motorist claim on the ground that the one-year contractual limitations period in the insurance policy barred plaintiff's action.1 We affirm.
