Appellant-respondent R.E.I. appeals the juvenile court's order requiring him to register as a sex offender. Specifically, R.E.I. argues that (1) the juvenile court did not have jurisdiction over him because it did not file a motion to reinstate jurisdiction after he was released from the Department of Correction (DOC), and (2) he was twenty-one years old when the evidentiary hearing was held and the order was issued.
