The defendant, Robert Pelkey (tenant), appeals a decision of the Manchester District Court (Lyons, J.) granting the plaintiff, Colonial Village Inc. (landlord), possession of his apartment. See RSA ch. 540 (2007 & Supp.2007). We affirm.
