A Cherokee County jury convicted Bobby Dale Kilgore of battery, aggravated assault, criminal damage to property in the second degree, and simple battery. On the aggravated assault charge, Kilgore was sentenced to twenty years, seven to serve and the balance on probation, and on each of the remaining three charges, he was sentenced to twelve months, to run concurrent.
