The United States trustee has brought an adversary action seeking to have debtors James Conde and Susan Conde denied general discharges in accordance with § 727(a)(3) or § 727(a)(4)(D) of the Bankruptcy Code. According to the United States trustee, debtors failed to keep and maintain books, records and the like from which their pre-petition financial condition might be ascertained....
