¶ 1 Eric Patrick Regan was arrested for driving with a suspended license. In a search incident to arrest, police found methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia in the car, which belonged to Mr. Regan's girl friend. Mr. Regan was convicted of possession of the drugs, use of paraphernalia, and bail jumping.
