Defendant stands convicted following a jury trial, for a second time, of felony murder, first degree robbery (three counts), weapons-related crimes and conspiracy (to commit robbery) in the fourth degree. Previously, on defendant's appeal following his first trial, this Court reversed defendant's convictions and remitted for a retrial due to the admission into evidence of defendant's statements taken in violation of his right to counsel (
