Madison, Inc.; Denis Papasan; Allied National, Inc.; and Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company alleging several causes of action arising out of the denial of insurance coverage for a surgical procedure.1 Madison and Papasan filed a traditional motion for summary judgment.
