Under OCGA § 9-15-14, the trial court imposed sanctions against Janett Wallace and her counsel for filing suit against the wrong defendant. We granted Wallace's application for discretionary review of that order directing that she and her counsel pay $40,217 in attorney fees and costs, and for the reasons that follow, we reverse.
